The ninth installment of the annual Dame Eugenia Charles Memorial Distinguished Lecture series held on November 27th, 2014. The guest speaker was Professor Brian Meeks and the theme was “Beyond the End of Sovereignty: Recapturing Space for Humanity in the Caribbean”.
